Another Necessary Evil Sneak Preview!

After your sneak peek at evil Data almost a month ago, we know you've all been waiting for more. Due to the intervening holidays, we're still not quite ready to start a card list yet, but we can show you this card that designer Brad DeFruiter spoiled on the message board over the holidays (as with Data, collector's information is not yet available). This cadet, although a ship's commander, actually has no skills – until he's facing a dilemma and his ability kicks in!
