The Big Day Begins: World Championships Day 3

The day dawns brightly, along with the hopes of the 32 players – 16 Lord of the Rings TCG and 16 Star Trek CCG – who have come this far. Through Territorials and Premier Series and Maiden Voyage, through Day 1 heats, and finally through the 8-round Day 2 wringer, these 32 have persevered. However today's finals end, they have shown themselves to be the best of the best. Congratulations to:

And now the real challenge – and the real fun – begins: for Star Trek, six rounds of constructed play, for Lord of the Rings, an elimination tournament. The top two players to emerge in each game will then face off for the final determination, by best two out of three matches, of the best of the best of the best: our new World Champions.
