Star Trek CCG Second Edition Foil Cards
Through Energize Pre-Order Program!
What's cooler than a subset of rare foil cards, featuring your favorite
Star Trek™ Customizable Card Game personnel and starships? Getting
the foils for free! Decipher is producing nine of the best rare cards found
in the Star Trek CCG Second Edition as a special foiled subset. These
will be issued to tournament winners throughout 2003, but you can get them
all during the release of the Energize expansion set. (Click here
for a complete list of the foiled cards.)
For each display box that you pre-order from a participating local retailer,
Decipher will send the retailer two random foil cards to give to you. If
you pre-order four display boxes, a ninth card will be included as an extra
bonus. (Limit nine foils per customer.)
How you can get the foil cards:
Simply print out the PDF pre-order
form, complete the customer section, take it to any participating local
retailer by April 20th, and pre-order one or more display boxes of Energize
boosters. (Check with retailer for local deadlines.) You must complete all
requested information to qualify for the promotion. Iillegible forms will
not be accepted. When you return to the store to pick up your pre-ordered
boxes, the retailer will present you your foil cards – at no additional
cost!

Answers to Your Questions:
Q: What is a "participating local retailer"?
A: This program is offered through all participating "brick-and-mortar"
retail locations. The offer is not valid through online or postal
orders. If your local retailer is not familiar with this program, please
present the pre-order form and ask him or her to participate. Participating
in this promotion is free and optional for retailers.
Q: My local store is not listed on the Decipher website. Can they participate
in the promotion?
A: A retailer does not have to be listed on the Decipher website,
or be a Federation Outpost member, to participate. But you may want to encourage
them to sign up, because some of our promotions are for Outpost retailers
only!
Q: If I pre-order four display boxes, will I get all nine different
foils?
A: Decipher will attempt to supply a full assortment of foils to the participating
retailer, depending on availability, when a customer pre-orders four boxes,
but we cannot guarantee that your nine foils will not contain any duplicates.
Q: I already placed my pre-order. Can I just send the form in myself?
A: No, we cannot accept forms directly from customers. Participating retailers
must collect the forms from their customers and submit the bottom portion
of the forms to Decipher postmarked by April 25, 2003. Decipher is not liable
for a retailer's failure to deliver forms.
Q: Can I pre-order eight boxes and get two sets of foils?
A: The offer is limited to nine foils per customer.
Q: I'm a retailer. Can I get foils for the boxes I order for my store
stock?
A: Retailers will not be sent additional foil cards for their regularly-ordered
boxes that are not pre-ordered by "end consumer" customers. Decipher reserves
the right to verify all orders with distributors and/or customers, and to
refuse shipment of foils if orders do not comply with the terms of the offer.
